Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
- ½ tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4-5 slices of vegan bread
Toppings:
- Blueberries
- Strawberries

Directions:
- Mix chia seeds, maple syrup (or agave nectar), almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a big shallow bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
- Put a pan on medium heat and grease with a little bit of vegan butter or oil.

Ingredients
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- ½ tsp coconut vinegar
- 1 tsp agar powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tbsp tapioca floor
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 4 pieces of vegan sandwich bread
- ½ tbsp softened vegan butter
Directions
- Combine coconut milk, coconut vinegar, agar, salt, and tapioca flour in a saucepan.
